mine felt more responsive after doing it, alot of little leaks add up.

how much hose does a 60 need (one with all the smog crap still there) and of which size???

40ft of 3.5mm
plus a couple feet of larger diameter or just make the small one fit.
Silicone is nice.

I found that the hoses get stuck on the fittings after only a few months. Now when i install them I put some silicone grease (like the dialectric grease you put on your battery terminals) on the end first. Makes the hose come off a lot easier.
