Very nice Jynx, I know you've been wanting a bumper on there for awhile.

Stout bumper, dude! Good score... Iron Pig?

Thanks guys. The rear has been bare for several years and when Aidan decided to go to a Labs rear on the lobster I just happen to be in the right place at the right time to snag it.

Yeah, it is an IPOR unit with no swing outs. It has those things on it which I am not sure what are. They are where the spindles should be, but these look like just capped pieces of tube... will have to explore that after it is attached.

Those are the spindles. They use brass bushings instead of bearings. I opted for them on the 62's rear bumper as well. Don't need to be greased and *cough *cough stronger!

Bumpers gonna look great on there, can't wait to see it in person!

Been working on the Exo-cage with integral roof rack for a couple weeks. Calling it done for now.

Installed new belts , solid trans mounts , rear brake hose , re torqued all suspension nuts and bolts and somehow cut the sh!t out of my finger .

you running solid motor mounts too? I've read issues that you need to all or none as the motor moving around and the trans not moving can be bad news or vice versa.

Ted got to it before I could. If you run only a solid mount on the case end, you run a very high risk of breaking a trans or tcase housing. I have a wheeling buddy in Hot Springs that has first-hand experience with this happening.

figured you were smarter than the average bear but I've been wrong before, once.

I stumbled into a 4x4labs GB a week or so ago and while I am staying in touch with Luke for his 3rd Gen rear bumper offering, I did pick up a set of his Cargo Basket kits for the 80 and I had him send me an extra kit with no feet to try and mount in the rear of my 3rd Gen. Looking forward to getting them in. Will post pics when they arrive.

I changed the oil in the 4runner and I mocked up one of my 4x4labs cargo baskets. Trying to decide which side to mount it on.

I wanted to put it on the PS, but don't want to loose access to the storage pocket so thinking the DS may be the spot. Hoping to get the basket built and then play with mounting options.

My prep dude had a cutoff wheel in the back of his truck today, so he helped me removed my bulky ass bull bar hoops on the 80... Kept the light tabs for some LED lights in the future, and a place to hook the winch. looks much cleaner!

I like the bull bar, Joel, but that looks pretty good.

I might get a stinger bent and welded out of aluminum for the front, not sure yet. The hoops were obstructing headlight performance, and I need all I can get out of those stock headlights. Really should go to LED...
