Just found out homeowners has to cover the contents. Unless they catch the guy and find my stuff looks like I just lost 1200 worth of stuff. Fxxxing crackheads.

My deductible is 1000 and it will cost me more down the road just to claim 200.

What's the point of insurance?

Yeah that sucks. Most likely your gun will turn up if it was registered.

so no one wants to steal your pot, porn or fog hat cd collection?

I keep none of that in the car. I'm not stupid. The Fog Hat 8-track is a collectors item.

Yeah, it is registered. Its also kind of a rare model and caliber. Shouldn't be hard to find if it ever makes it off the street.

Hopefully with so many in one night, they will do something stupid and get caught.

After years of looking and patience I finally got a nicer dash pad today for free and put it in tonight, took about 2hrs to swap....got a piece to put over the split to put my cell phone or radio on.

the more built/lifted 80's i see the more i like them!

hmmm....i need to find one with a blown motor and/or tranny before long

a turbo diesel locked 700r4/460le 80 would be sweet

I used to love manual transmissions but the older i get the lazier i get.

Just about finished with the front end rebuild. Tomorrow i will do the martack on the shafts and start to reassemble everything. Not sure which was worse, cleaning the straight grease from the passenger knuckle or the soup that was in the driver knuckle. After it is done, then install new spark plugs and wires.

Yeah, sold the 55. kinda sad; wanted to do so much more with the ole sal.

You just lost your TLCA membership card.:ban:

Jeremy

And any self respecting LC member should rip that damn card up anyways... Bunch of whiney bitches at TLCA... Most worthless money I have ever spent, might as well just call it a magazine subscription which is all it is, and there are better magazines out there...

That Rat Rod is awesome Steve

Returned some shocks I ordered for the 80 and suspended all work/projects on it till I figure out my job situation which may have an impact on its future in my driveway.

J is the 55 still in the club???

Continued work on the 60 today...plan was to replace the valve cover gasket and the rod inspection plate gasket, change spark plugs and oil and fuel filter....Well I hit a bump once I got the valve cover off and discovered the new gasket I had wouldn't work but luckily once the old one cleaned up it was good enough to put back on till the new one comes in on tuesday.....so then I started on the rod inspection plate...while taking the spark plug wires off I ripped 3 of them....of course no one stocks them...but that's why it pays to have 2 LC's....so I start takin the bolts off and one of the last ones is under the bracket that holds the alt. and A/C comp....so that one was put on hold.....went to the 40 and pulled the 3 wires off that were ripped on the 60...put in the new spark plugs and put on the wires....got it all back together and she fired up.....didn't accomplish everything I set out to do but atleast my cruiser fired up and she's drivable.....new PCV valve, wires and gasket should be here on tuesday....no one carries NGK plugs and toyota didn't have them in stock, so I put in Champion brand....has anyone had problem with american plugs?

Just messin' with ya Steve. I figured it was for a good cause and not just a Rover Show N' Shine at the local Pep Boys.;)

On another note, we just found out the wife's "eggo is preggo.":bounce::bounce2: When she showed me the stick I said. “That ain’t no Etch A Sketch, that's one doodle that can't be undid home skillet”

Guess this means she will be huge and not happy about me going to GSMTR next year. Or she will be begging to get me and the little man out of the house so she can throw her feet up and eat pizza all day. We'll see.:meh:
