Version 1.0 TC gusset? Why not the beefier 2.0, or is this a custom gusset?
That is the no sway gusset. I had the same one on the passenger side after I bent that one and I couldn't get the sway one in time, so it was matchy vs strength related. It's all getting ripped out in May anyway for RCLT.

Chris, I'm pretty sure if you wash it and buff it, you won't even be able to tell !!

Wrapped up the rear aux electrical cleanup. Now it is fused (imagine that concept) with a panel mounted switch to turn on the twin USB and 12v sockets. Also ran a trigger wire to a dash switch to activate a relay for the reverse lightbar. It is mounted over the tire on a section of conduit with a 2 pin connection below that can be used for other external power needs later. Considering a diesel heater “suitcase” for winter camping that can stored in the hot months or used in a tent when cold

Didn't really get much done to my Land Cruiser, but did buy my wife a new 4Runner. It is a 4x4 Limited. She had a 2015 and absolutely loved it. She didn't even consider anything else.

Pics 1, 2, and 3 are the passenger rear. 4 is the passenger side bottom of the rear hatch. 5 is the driver side rear fender. Passenger side is a wire wheel only. Driver side is pressure washer only. Hatch has had nothing done yet.

Replaced the transmission fluid with full synthetic ATF. Bled the brakes.

Had the timing chain noise at startup. Currently at 271k miles. So I replaced The timing chain tensioner with the ratcheting style. It’s the one that Wits End sells for $95. But through a little research found it and ordered it from Ralph Hayes Toyota for $32. Doesn’t have the extra groove machined in that wits end does, but with a new gasket does nicely. The old ratcheting style part number is superceeded by the new non ratchet style so it shows unavailable. But it is !!

Installed a new power steering pump and welded on a couple of front tow loops that I scavenged from an '09 Power Wagon.

You might as well pull that headliner down too:)
That’s not happening now. It needs to be replaced, but that’s a future project that involves other custom mods that I’m not ready for yet. It’s on my list though, as well as replacement speakers to go with the new head unit I installed. I also fixed the wiring on my diesel heater, just in time for summer lol

I got my FJC Bonnie out of the shop Friday when I got off isolation since early February.
Clutch, rear brakes, full service, new rack and steering gear,
A few other odds and ends. Ready for tugging the camper or going solo with my big dog.
I was banned from UC and ONSC because he scared people, last time we went out was GSMTR at Windrock.
