Swapped old dry rotted Michelins for a new set of BFG's

Went to Gatlinburg and spent some social distance/mask time at Dollywood. Not very amusing for an amusement park but understood given the situation. A tall boy in a paper bag by the river seemed appropriate. Came back the scenic way to recon a camp spot around Nantahalla NF and ended up riding the dragon on Deal’s Gap. The 200 is sooo much more nimble than the Sequoia or 80, but still got stuck behind a Caddy that didn’t want to pull over to let me and the bikes by.

Damn! Multitargeting attack. Sounds like you were just out of harm's way yourself.
Yeah, and Jaxon! He was up by the front of the truck and when the wind gust came in and he heard the tree cracking he had enough sense to run and get out of the way.

Dang, so thankful no one was hurt! Sorry to see the damage to the vehicles....

Replaced big end rod bearings, water pump, timing belt and tensioner on the old 1HDT. I had no idea of the age or mileage on them, so I performed a pre-emptive strike...

It turns out that everything that was replaced was in good shape, but now I know what I have.

Hauled the fam to a day hike off the BRP. So nice to charge up the hills. Had a vehicle stuck in the roadway at one spot and turned on the side cameras to squeeze through the tight spot with confidence.

Must be nice to drive a cruiser up the mountain that actually has enough power to get out of its own way.

Working on putting new door speakers in, applying Cruiser Crap to the inside of doors and generally greasing/repairing anything door related. Realized that my driver side door window regulator is missing one of the super short 10mm bolts. Guess that explains why it's been moving so much.

Anyway, does anyone have a scrap door or handful of old bolts that I could rummage through to find one? My stockpile doesn't have anything that short in it.

Lowe’s bolt and a dremel if worst case.

Good coffee...and vehicles at Rigs and Coffee.

@jvalex @fenwaykid and my lovely bride representing UC, as well as the upstate’s SAS Sequoia. Nice rides all around. We should look at the next one and make a day ride out of it afterwards.
