Family friend is in Australia for a month. He made the mistake of asking me if I wanted anything while he was there.

2x - PZQ20-60440 and 1x - 60450, please.

Caught a glimpse of a tan, single cab 79 Series parked in downtown Thomasville this morning. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to swing around to snap a photo.

^^ooooohh ..... dont bring that up 😆

EXACTLY how I lost my fj55 icon, Morgan. Damn the bike world.

Funny Story: my best friend Emily is dating Cameron Falconer who has built Morgan Fletcher a number of bikes and is building me a single speed MTB as we speak…. Good chance I’ll disappear in the near future as well.

Probably lots of folks who’d be happy if I did….😂😂😂

Bikes are tight. Single speed bikes even more so.

Singlespeeds are pure zen.

Been out riding too much, and also tied up with other things, to get anything done on the BJ70.

However, I do have a radiator making it's way back up the hill to me after it went off for a clean and a bit of a patch up as it had some small cracks in it. Grand total of AU$80... Proper old school radiator shop that does all the trucks and big stuff down in the next town.

Got the rear bearing races back in with a brass drift.

I will also add that when all those that would be your potential enemy "think metric", have artillery and other systems all designed for metric it is benneficial for your defense if all your road signs maps and measurments are "English" should you ever be invaded. Which absolutely has been a concern for the UK.

Hello,

Slight derail.

Many people nowadays cannot think outside Metric or convert from Metric to English. They can tell you, for instance, that 30 MPa is high pressure but they are lost when a pressure gauge reads 4400 psi. And that not to mention that 2 in. is 50 mm, among other things.

I can imagine an invading army having a hard time figuring out how much 30 miles is, or whether the 100-pound meat stash they seized is enough to feed one regiment.

Too much emphasis on Metric, too little emphasis on being able to think in more than one unit of measure.

Derail over. Back to Land Cruisers.
