Supercharged!!!
Air brush? Oil I imagine? How well will they stand up to heat? Only curious, artist here too, I’d gather you spent good money on heat tolerant paint?
Not super charged, just using a 2bbl holley that came with it. Modifying it with side hung float and extended vent tube for offroad angles. Lots of posts here and on Pirate showing the success of the mods. It won't be the same as the Aisin but the motor was already hot rodded when I got it. What got me going down the super bling route is that it has Downey's headers and air cleaner. I cleaned up the castings and polished and then thought I'd have a little fun.
Paint is not high heat paint. I've painted many motors and regular paint seems to stick just fine. If the motor is that hot that the paint fails, its got other problems. Header and pulleys are ceramic coated in chrome. Regular paint on the header wouldn't stick.
See that you are an artist - always satisfying to create something.
I figure the flames, polished parts and headers must be good for an extra 300 hp easy
