Hey all,

I’m bolting a A440f (yeah, wish it could be a 5 speed) back to my 3FE in my 1990 FJ62. Got a question about torque and Loctite.

When bolting the bell housing to the engine there are 2 torque values. I’m assuming the top one, 53 ft-lb is for the top 2 bolts while the 27 ft-lbs is for the bottom 6 bolts? Right??

And should I use Loctite on the bolts bolting the drive plate to the torque converter?

Appreciate any input,
Jeff
