Went out with a couple of Razors on Sunday. We started from Needle Rock and headed to Sheep's Bridge. One of the Razors blew a tire and while the other Razor went for a tire we tooled around and got stuck. Took a tight trail back home and dinged up the side of the Cruiser - bummer. I should have known not to let a Razor owner guide me. "Keep going, keep going, passenger, passenger, stop! Oh just keep going the damage is done now"... Oh well, had a blast.

Found some really tall weeds just east of Horseshoe Lake. Lots of fun until the world dropped off and I got stuck. Looks pretty obvious from above but couldn't see it from the ground.

I went out there yesterday. Crossed below Horseshoe Dam and went that way. The water was pretty deep, it came up on the hood for a second so I decided to order snorkel when I got home last night.
Good call. I was thinking the same thing on the snorkel. I've had the water high enough a couple of times now to make me nervous. The snorkel will allow me to roll up the windows and look for fish! :bang:

Great pics. Thanks for sharing. Glad you escaped ok with just some body scars.

That Sheep's Bridge area is beautiful. I was over there a year ago myself.

Didn't cross the river but we went there yesterday too. The tub was not nearly so accessible yesterday. It is quite overgrown.

Found some sign of the locals too

^^^Chupracabra???

Paw print doesn't look like the bear's print we had at our cabin, nor does it look like the fox's print my wife saw a few days ago walking around the subdidivision. Hard to if it's like the rabbit's print, it was getting a ride in the fox's mouth.

I have always been able to follow quad tracks in my FJ40s. Thought why spent thousands when you could get a old FJ40 for less. Now these side by sides start around $10K. But the FJ40 market has changed so much $10K would buy near as nice a FJ40 as it use to.

Hi Jeff, bring the truck to "ftbshop" (username here on MUD) = Finishing Touch Body Shop on Colony Drive in FH - he's a cruiser guy, and I am sure he can fix your truck
