Very nice machine. More pics of the suspension. Especially the 3-LInk front. I'm trying to determine how I'm going to link my piggy. Fun stuff. What size tires you runnin?

These are just a few of the shots from the build. Cam may have more detailed shots of the front 3 link. I am sure we will test it further in Moab later this month, but so far, I am very impressed! Props to the IPOR Crew.

This project has mutated over the last 3 years and I know I am missing many of the details in answering your questions. I promised myself I would not look back into my "Save a Pig Foundation" file, for fear of cardiac arrest, but I am sure Cam & Lance can dive into the specifics for those who are interested.

Jinkees! That is hardcore!

Fawkin hot!!!
Flex is sick!!

<axles have 529s?

Those D60's will have either 5.13's or 5.38's FYI
What's the frame distance from the ground?
Are those tires hooking up on any terrain?
Do you think you'll need to add sway bars for the street?

Yep, they do house 5:13's, my bad.

The tires in the pics were awful. Switched to the Military OZ Radials and they work better. Not like a Swamper, but better.

Will have to measure frame height.
Sway bar on the rear really helps keep things steady. With a Detroit in the back, locker steer is noticable but not bad.

Maybe it is just me and the pictures are deceiving but....

That is a pretty steep pinion angle, at least it looks like in in the first picture. It also looks like it rotates the pinion up under flex, like it would on leaves. It should not do that with a linked suspension.

Just something I noticed....

Thanks for the input.

These pics were taken at the shop back in 09' when fabrication and testing were being completed. ( you probably noticed the lack of driveshafts ) The links were adjusted properly before the truck left IPOR and has been working great. No binding or other pinion angle issues.

Thanks for taking the time to say something tho'.
