Getting ready to ship my 80 from NC and im trying to figure out the shipping weight. It currently has no engine, trans, accessories, AC lines or condenser in it.
I know a fully dressed 3fe and accessories is about 700-750 lbs but I have no clue about the a440 trans. I know it's big and heavy from moving it by hand with my buddy and I was going to guess 300lbs?

I was going to guess around 1100 lbs lighter with everything that is missing. Then add in around 500lbs from front bumper/sliders and large tires

Weight typically doesn't matter when shipping a complete vehicle even if non-operable. The non-operable will cost you a lot in shipping and it really limits the carriers willing to deal with it. Shippers typically base cost on length and sometimes height enters the equation too but I'm not sure how much. I've never had a car shipper ask for weight.
