1/2" in Dacula,,,just started

Man it is coming down!!!

Nothing yet in CLT. Hard to know what to expect at this point. All schools have already been closed for MON.

Taken 16 minutes apart, note the water hose is completely covered

Thanks John. Guess I know what to expect now.

Either way, I have to go to work tomorrow. We have about 50 managers who flew into CLT tonight from all over the country for training Monday and Tuesday. They are all staying at the same hotel which means the training takes place regardless. I'll have to drive from Fort Mill to the north side of CLT in the morning no matter how much is on the ground. I'd rather stay home and build a snowman with the little one.

yeah...

That stinks....Luckily I fly out Wednesday. 2.5" now. When I first started working in Monroe, we lived in Davidson..one hour on normal days, usually 2 if it rained. I hope your drive tommorow isn't toooo bad.

Gotta be there at 830am
Figure I'll leave the house around 7

For a 30 minute drive:rolleyes:

Started at 1:30am in Cola. Looks like a few inches as of now, with no sign of letting up. It started for the first 15 minutes with heavy freezing rain, and I suspect it will turn to that at sunrise. Trying to decide if it is worth going to work. Probably just going to get worse when the ice starts to build up.

Time to get the water ski tube aired up.:bounce::bounce::bounce::bounce:

The coolest thing was getting woke up 5 minutes before my alarm clock from the thunder snow.

I guess Marshall, you wont't be coming into Atlanta early today? We got about 6-7 inches at our loft.

Not today. Maybe tomorrow. Had to go pick up all my employees this morning and going to have to take them home. Tomorrow will be much of the same. In fact I don't see this getting better until Friday.

Not as impressive as last year... But still nice... Top pic last year, bottom, current...
