6-7 inches here in Irmo. Had fun in it today before it turned to freezing rain. It is going to get scary tonight with all the water/slush on the roads. Already .25 inch of ice on my railings.

Had about 10 here outside of Asheville. Lots of sledding once I got off work. Good twisty mountain roads and 2 trucks make for a great afternoon. Pictures are on facebook. We will be going back out tomorrow afternoon again.

Edit here is a pic of the FJ.....

Love the dog pics!

The best part was when I decided to do some really wide drifting donuts in the fields and each dog had its head out opposite windows with snow flying all over there faces.

Yeah we were supposed to have inventory at work this week and it got cancelled this week cause the outside inventory crew couldn't make it to the store.....we even closed at 3 today....it's gonna be a nasty week.

Anyone with a 4x4 will be just fine as long as they stay away from hills. If you think a car can go out in this you might want to rethink that idea. Everything I saw in a ditch was a 2wd car. None of them have made it. I came around a corner right near work and there must have been 20 4x4's and cars all piled up on or around a bridge. Cops and wreckers were there already so I backed up and went a different way. Have to say the Yokohamas have performed perfectly on the ice.

Mailbox - 0 ARB + '97 FZJ80 - 1 YAY!!! That is what I get for drifting a 5k # vehicle, at least it was a spec house in the neighborhood and not one that was occupied

had to go to work both days. So far so good. Took about 40 mins to defrost my windshield though

Ha, yeah, I was doing a little drifting as well in my 80 on the empty country roads last night and this morning. I don't know why but I am always amazed at how much work it really takes to makes these trucks lose traction and go sideways...

Not that I needed one, but the last few days have reminded me why I love my 80 so much and really got me thinking:

I need to figure out how to import one of the 2004 or '05 models from Venezuela!!

David,

You need a biger hill. Take that thing over to my driveway....

(ps: Be sure to open the gate at the bottom first.)

Where the sun don't shine

This stuff should be here a bit. Whole driveway is packed white ruts.
The 80 had no problems, of course. Lynn needs it tomorrow and I
had to pull Big out this afternoon so I can drive the 60 to business stuff
tomorrow.
Gundy ain't budged. No need. The 60 takes the high risk road crap.
No problem.
Man, I love driving Legends.

Capt'n Jim....uhhhh...I broke my back in May...I scaled accordingly.
Notice uphill at end. Hehe...catch trap.
I just wanted to see my girls having a good time.
Lynn's terror scream followed by laughter was about what I had in mind.
