Hey guys, I am currently replacing the radiator and now that I've got it out I'm gonna go ahead and replace the water pump and hoses. The two hoses in the picture are off the left side...I believe the large one is the other lower radiator hose, but it's throwing me off cause it looks shorter than what I've seen online. But the one I can't find is the small one behind it, any idea which hose that is and a part number?

That appears to be your oil cooler hose. It connects the water pump to a hard pipe and will not come in a "radiator hose kit".

Oil cooler hose part #9955530280

If you want to buy a kit it will include the large short hose in your photo (connects water pump to hard pipe) and it will also include the longer lower radiator hose ( connects radiator to hard pipe)

I purchased the above kit and was pleased with the quality.

And if you want to replace the oil cooler hoses too... since all the cooling hoses in the car have aged equally.. including the heater hoses.. Here is a diagram of all the oil cooler hoses, pipes, clamps and Toyota part numbers. (the pipes are no longer available)

[PN: 99555-30280 is 15777A in the diagram.. It's not the one you are looking for]
The little guy you want is PN: 90910-05155. The spring clamp 90467-22004 is the clamp you definitely want for the lower end of that hose... so it won't hit the belt.

All these parts (but not the pipes) are from my last order. So I know the PNs for the hoses and clamps on this drawing are correct and everything fits. ('86 FJ60)

Thanks for the info guys, ordered them today and pickin them up int the morning!

quick noob question...can I just purchase a few feet of heater hose and cut it to fit or do i need to buy the part 15777 A, B, C, D because they are fitted?

The only hose you could get away with generic straight is 99555-30280.
All the others are pre-formed bent. Normal heater hose will kink on those bends.

another noob question.........do you use any "lubricant" on the inside of the hose to help it slip on easier or would that lead to possible deterioration.

(trying to up my post count so i can post some photos)

I use antifreeze on the inside of the hose.

Got it all back together a few weeks ago and took her to Windrock Tenn. for GSMTR and she ran like a champ. Actually the temp gauge dropped slightly below half way for periods of time, I'm guessing either cooler outside temps or just more open air in front. So it was nice to see what a new water pump, flush, and hoses will do for ya, oh yeah and a new radiator that doesn't leak..lol.
