Howdy-

Need some bushings for the 8274, actually just need the one nylon end bushing for where the drum fits into the free hanging plate. Anyone know where I can source this little guy out, I would prefer buying from a crusier specific place if possible.

thanks for your time-

check with Warn for autorized Warn service centers. Or call Warn and they might just give you the stuff. Most 4x4 shops can get what you need nas well, if in a larger city they will prolly be in stock in in the wholesale wherehouse.

Try Kurt at Cruiser Outfitters, he can prolly help you out

I believe you can order any of the parts, using the Warn part number (get the parts list and manual from Warn if you don't have one), from 4WheelParts.

I e-mailed the same question to warn and got this great response.

The winch you have on your FJ40 is a model 8274. We started building this model in 1974, and
we are currently still making it. As to what year it is, you should have a date code stamped on
the top of the winch. By the looks of what you have, I estimate your winch to be a pre-80's vintage.

You can get parts both internal and external from our Service Center located out of PA.
They are Hoak's 4wd Center at: 800-827-1341.

THANKS GUYS!

One step closer to... well I guess I will never really be "done"

...you can alway think of something else. And if you run out of ideas just go to an event and you'll get more ideas while checking out the other rigs.
