Now that I have a nice big shop, I think it would be a fun project to rebuild a 1HD-T. I'm looking for a good deal on a core that is already stateside. There was a badly knocking '93 HDJ81 that turned up in Oregon last year, but I didn't want the whole truck.

If anyone has any leads, please let me know. I am located in the Idaho Falls area.

We have one. Purchased from someone here I can give you his info to verify when we connect. We had it inspected and machined and it is wrapped in shop plastic. We have the paperwork from the machinist here in Pennsylvania. 1HD-T . Make a reasonable competitive offer.

Just clarify - I have the block and rotating assembly, head (no cam), valves, timing covers, auto gearbox with bellhousing, and a few other misc parts.

Thanks for the reply- I ended up buying an entire HDJ80 project from another Mud member. I think it will keep me busy this summer. I'll update this listing.
