Bought a new LC last week. Mostly love it, but not loving the suspension. Drove it up Berthoud Pass Friday and it really wallowed in the turns compared to our old QX80. Also had one hard stop on Floyd Hill and really noticed the brake dive.

Any suggestions on fixing these issues? Going to call Slee Monday. Do not want a lift. Wife's truck, wife is short.

You could always do the OME BP-51 and set it as low as it goes, I believe Eric Sergeant at Ed Martin Toyota has a video called how low can you go, might want to check that out but without changing out your front coilovers, not sure how one would stiffen the ride up

Go luck in your quest sorry I could not have been more help to you

I feel the same, was thinking about 6112/5100 or 5160s., minimal lift (like 1" front) based on how my FJ upgrades felt.

If you're on stock tires, changing to LT rated rubber will help improve stiffness to some degree. If that's not enough, check out the Ironman FoamCell Pro 1" comfort lift. I realize you don't want a "lift" (neither did I), but it's a huge improvement for relatively low cost and it doesn't add a lot of height.

It MAY feel that way compared to your QX80, but i can assure you that your LC is significantly better than QX80 in the handling department...per MotorTrend’s figure 8 numbers. MT Figure 8 tests handling but also tests how your vehicle handles in rapid transitions from side to side.

LC is also slightly better in braking than QX.

I would just let it settled and see how you like it in 6-9 months. Anything you put on aftermarket may ruin the nice ride you have now.

This. Right now you are in hypersensitive check ride mode. I have driven both and the LC, to me, is a better ride. The first and easiest way to change ride "feel" is a different set of tires.

Tires are definitely on the agenda.

Live with it for 6 months and then assess your plans. What does your wife prefer?
Wife wants it firmed up. She was driving.

I think talking to Slee is the first step. He’ll give you all the options based on your issues and best solution based on your needs and Slee‘s experience with 200 series suspension mods

Heads up, heard Slee was a few months out for appts.

The wallowing is likely what you say, but the brake dive shook my wife up. She was driving, i was working in passenger seat. She had to hit the brakes hard and the nose dove down. She said it felt like she was going to lose control of the vehicle.

Going to do tires probably this week.

If you are planning to hard core off-road all above are good suggestions. If this is more of mall-cruiser / dirt roads / beach driving go to 20 wheels with one size higher tire size than what comes on LX (33"). This is what I have done in my previous LC (bought 13-15 LX wheels). Completely changed the handing. Then I have as well changed tires to K02 which gave the look too.

I'm planning on going to a 275/70 18 A/T tire. Probably either Wildpeaks or Toyo AT3s. Not going to be a hardcore offroader, but it will see some moderate trails.

You could also go with the standard OME Nitrocharger suspension. There is a 'no-lift' version if I remember correctly, I have the 2" lift version. It's about 1/3 the price of the BP-51 and has been great for me both on and off-road.

Tires won’t change the feel of the brakes. A few threads on mud about the unique feel of the 200 series brakes. Sort of from nothing to lots of assist. I’ve noticed this myself on the 2021.
I do think the brakes on the current 200 series take some getting used to to avoid the scenario you described in the original post.

If I remember correctly, i believe there is a brake kit upgrade folks have used to eliminate the nose dive issue, when I first got mine i felt it, now i just think i'm used to it but I am also on the BP-51 set-up, when time comes for brakes, i will step up to the upgrade.
