Fj40 tire carrier. Flat early style passenger side. Some rust pitting on back side. Threaded part on one hinge bolt appears to be slightly shorter than the other and has no cotter pin hole. Bought new castle nut but a short lock nut would work too. $200 plus shipping from 98513. 24x20x13 box. 37lbs.

TTT. Edit: Fixed the threads with a m16 die and got new nut.
