It's always neat to see what the international market is doing with the 200-series. Here's some of the their newer builds. Different venders and styles. Also interesting things that you don't see in the US such as retracting side steps, giant fender flares, off-road caravans.

Enjoy

Everyone (new school) seems to love those pipe snorkel designs, what do you think of them? I "get" them but not sure I like the look. Well.... I guess snorkels are an acquired taste to begin with!

Edit: I feel like these trucks are conflicted... 2nd one more than the first but I can't decide if they belong at SEMA on the show floor or on a real trail.

I follow these guys on Instagram. Their builds are insanely nice and they pretty much always use rhino bumpers.

Alotta pieces of flair going on here. Vogue reminds me of Madonna and material things. Is it necessary to have a star inlay in the snorkel? I prefer function over flossing. I would like to see more dirt and function than showcase. I like my scratches, little rust chips from rocks, adds character. I tell my son chicks dig scars. We should ask ourselves how many lights do I really need? No doubt pretty but when does mods replace perfectly good components for showcasing. It's the point. Vogue. I would like to see less kangaroo and emu chasing in a prairie and more function for those adds. But these ladies are pretty. Just not ready to get their hair wet yet.

Maybe I’m partial but whats wrong with a little style. I had an LX470 all ARB’d out and my vehicle was a TANK. Suffered in performance. If you can get the same or superior performance with high quality and a more modern equipment plus design then why not? Embrace the 3 point shot and not stay in the past! I’ll say this - when my LC200 gets accused of being a road queen I love it! To me it’s jealousy and envy. Vogue Industry ROCKS!

I live on the coast, and I HATE the stone chips on my cruiser… Rust is a cancer that I wish I didn’t have to battle. I am probably one of the odd ducks that like the 80 series fender flares and wish the 200 had them too. Even the understated ones on the 300 GR sport would be nice. Snorkels, I suppose it depends on what you do. There is a reason why Mr T. Equips all the 70 series with them though, and it‘s not water crossings. I’m definitely glad mine came with a Toyota snorkel. Keeps the dust from clogging up the air filter.

How about some Aussie Bruisers

I'm in the same opinion as you but "Floss" sells products. More folks today prefer floss over function. Just look at the Jeeps on the road today. $150 spacers, ground effects, cheap body lift, $3k rims, tons of lights and limb risers that are maybe 3/32" attached to a plastic grommet on the hood. Now I chuckle to myself when I see them but that owner loves their "flossed" out ride and they take a lot of pride in it. Different strokes for different folks.

I am still waiting to see a dropped LC about 1.75" off the ground with nice rims and an ultra low profile tire with a massive negative camber. ;) Hopefully it has those flame dragons detailed on both sides in some weird custom cromaflair paint job.
