Vintage Air in a '82 FJ40?

I was very close to ordering a Vintage Air unit for my '82 FJ40, but when I went to their site it says it fits only '73 - '80. Is this correct? Other options? CCOT?

The Vintage unit will work fine in your '82.........

The PO installed a Vintage Air unit in my '82. You could always call them just to verify for peace of mind.

I just finished a vintage air in my 74' and it still took a little bit of 'artistic license' to fit properly.....but it's awesome! that and my new front disk conversion were the best things I've done.....

I just phoned vintage air and they say their system will fit all of the way through the '83 FJ40 models.

No - I don't know of a installer, but FYI - with summer, these are taking about 14 to to deliver. -Mark
