VIN Tag location on '67 FJ40 (1 Viewer)

The VIN tag on my '71 FJ40 is on the driver's door pillar. Is that where it is on the '67 FJ40 too? I'm not seeing it in this photo if so.

In 67 they are on the right front inner fender under the battery.

This is the inner fender tag, not seeing VIN, is it possibly obscured by that wire in the photo?

Yes it is on the bottom just above Toyota you see. My 68 and 70 do not have a wire in that location.

Little more info. The A pillar tag started 3/69. This was a US market tag and your 71 should also have the tag on the fender like your 67. The A pillar tag has different information including month/year build date and was required in the US. Under the hood tag was always they in various locations over the years.
