Im calling this, Victory modified. Modified my Victory Strike for a roller fairlead, drilled a couple light mount holes, cut out the Victory logo, and cut off the style "ears" off the front facia.

The delay of the bumper has REALLY F@#$@% my installation schedule. My house is in a full blown remodel that started in late November and I had to relocate all my appliances to my garage. Getting the GX in the shop with all those appliances was a major PITA and real life Tetris.Where did you mount the microwave???
I'm mulling cutting the logo, as it looks to block a non-trivial amount of light. Function over form...
Yeah I found that issue Friday night. One would think that would have been better execution in the design phase. You will need to modify the brackets of your fog lights because the slot in the bracket in the bumper is not in the center. Use washers to raise the height as needed. Mounting everything to the bumper first saved my sore hands.

Huge apology for this issue. The team is looking into why we have a batch like this with the brackets offset. Not sure how many were affected, but we will be sure it's handled.Yeah I found that issue Friday night. One would think that would have been better execution in the design phase.
For now, we actually have more capacity to coat product than we have to manufacture it, so ordering a PC item will usually only add 1-2 days to the lead times depending.I'm not 100% sure, but I think that Victory/JCR do their powder-coating themselves.
But for all we know there's a backlog or just a supplies shortage. Only they really know, which is kind of the crappy part about this. I wish that they were a little more open on the forums.
Tell me about the plug in the nose?Im calling this, Victory modified. Modified my Victory Strike for a roller fairlead, drilled a couple light mount holes, cut out the Victory logo, and cut off the style "ears" off the front facia.

It's a NOCO 5 amp dual battery tender. Used to keep my AGM batteries topped up and happy. I run a Redarc BCDC that keeps the house battery charged up on the road and I'll be adding a Redarc Regulator to the start battery for topping up while on long trips using a solar blanket.Tell me about the plug in the nose?
I need one of those drill bits.A couple more installation issues to be aware of.. if you are installing a winch be sure to place the frame horn reinforcement brackets on the frame prior to mounting the bumper up. With the winch in place (Warn Zeon 10S) we could not get them in to position and had the remove the bumper to do so. Second the same brackets did not come drilled for the “P” clamps to secure the power steering lines so unless you have a 90 degree drill motor and a zephyr bit you may want to pre drill those.

Custom products built on low quantities will always have issues. I believe Victory4x4 builds enough products for so many types of vehicles platforms that the basics are sound . I again will say the finish is way above normal.Been eyeing their rear bumper… hopefully there aren’t any issues there
Looking forword to your details on the C4 shield!Washer Tank Skid. I am adapting a C4 part to cover my washer tank hoses. While fitting it in place I broke a very brittle head light washer outlet . It was very sloppy plumbing as OEM no issue for the first 100k until someone cut the bumper off a perfectly awesome car. I thought the head washer pump would fit better behind the skid box/plate if it turned a 90 upward just out of the pump. Pictures if progress. 5/16 x 1/4 brass elbow from Amazon.

Yeah, those brackets first is the move. Also, that bracket now includes the hole for the P clamp. Join the waiting game. I ordered mine on Nov 13, and radio silence since then on status. I guess that's only 5 weeks. In today's "new normal" that's barely a blip. Should have mine in by next Christmas... Who me? Jaded? Nah....I put the SSO washer tank cover on order last night. We shall see how it goes.
