Valve clearances (10 Viewers)

I finished rebuilding a 1969 f145 motor. I cannot find my manual and need to set the valve clearances. I have the flywheel marker ball on the timing pin. Can anyone guide me on what to do from this point? Any help is greatly appreciated

TDC is at the line not the ball.

I set mine on the loose end of spec's - better to hear them than burn them. I pull the plugs, set #1on TDC - rotor bug will be pointing at #4 spark plug. Adjust valves, grab metal fan blade and pull up to TDC on next cylinder in firing order 1,5,3,6,2,4 by looking threw the spark plug hole with a flashlight. Adjust rinse repeat.
