Replacing vacuum lines. The small hoses are 3.5 mm part number 90999–92003 for 2/3 of a meter, cheapest way to buy it.

I'm seeing a fatter vacuum line off the EGR and the manifold where it meets the throttlebody. Anyone have the size and/or part number for that?

I'm told there's a third diameter vacuum hose as well, haven't seen that yet unless that means the one on the brake booster.…

Thanks for any help!

there is a complete Vacuum hose part# thread with lenghts and ID 's u are looking for , i just tried to find it but could not ?

90999-92006 i usu sally buy , i think it has the best MM milometers to dollar ratio out of the 10 or so various part#'s

@thebigredrocker is the search engine master , maybe he knows of that thread i refer to

These are the part numbers you need. These part numbers replace every single vacuum and EVAP line under the hood. Beyond the 3.5mm ID hose, everything else will be location and duty specific.

The second number after the 10-digit Toyota part number will be the quantity you need. This will only be applicable to 8/1992-1/1998 FZJ80 trucks for the US market:

90999-92003: 8 (cut to fit)
25695-66010: 1 (formed, EGR)
95337-06020: 1 (cut to fit)
95333-06010: 1 (cut to fit)
90910-05212: 1 (formed)
90910-05217: 1 (formed)
95334-06010: 1 (cut to fit: FPR)
77795-60020: 1 (formed, EVAP)
77754-60180: 1 (formed, EVAP)
23273-66031: 1 (formed, EVAP)
77279-60020: 1 (formed, EVAP)
12261-66021: 1 (formed, PCV)
12262-66021: 1 (formed, VC ventilation)

I generally recommend replacing the check valves as well since they are stupid cheap: 90917-10049: Two for the 1993-1994 trucks; One for the 1995-1997 trucks.

Any dealership bumpkin punching numbers can get you these part numbers.

This? PO401 and EGR/air intake manifold with pictures
Still a bit of guesswork involved to match #s with specific locations, but more than I had before...

Thank you sir! Turns out it's more than my local "dealership bumpkin" could figure out...

:)

90999-92003 $2.82 600mm

90999-92004 $14.68 950mm

90999-92006 $29.36 1300mm

90999-92007 $40.28 1650mm

90999-92008 $57.26 2600mm

Note: the above prices are Toyota MSRP i found online , from a dealership site

Good info! But I think that's for 3.5mm. Still looking for the larger dia coming off EGR and manifold front by throttle body...

Can you post a picture? I don't think that's standard vacuum hose.

View attachment 1839050 Sure thing. The front one attaches to the T block in front of the check valve...

I'll look uo the part number if you want to buy it, but it's a molded vacuum hose from the dealer... believe it or not, it's like $20

You may have e better luck taking the hose off and finding a silicone replacement...maybe if it was sligbsli longer you wouldn't need to worry about it not being a 90 degree hose.

I was thinking straight hose would do. But even if not, 20 bucks is like a buck a year, right? At least judging by the ones already on there… Thanks!

I do agree with this. I paid the money and bought it from Toyota to hopefully last another 20 years.

I believe the part number is 90910-05217
