what model # is the 2UZFE engine automatic in the 100 series?

Take this for what it is worth. When I was looking at transmission 2 years ago to put in my FJ55 this is what I found. I hope I remember it corectly. There are 2 versions. There was a 4 speed automatic (A343) that went to '03? and then there was a 5 speed version (A750??) that is a sealed unit. The A750 is physically a bigger transmission, but I don't think there is much data backing its strength. When talking to many "experts" many of them like the 440-442 series transmissions because they could be built to be stronger then the A343.

Correct, '98-'02 have the A343F
'03+ (5 speed) have the A750F
