Corrosion resistance aside, I can really vouch for the superiority of double wired hose clamps over the band type. I have piled on the miles after my recent cooling system refresh, and there's not a trace of coolant leak anywhere. Previously when I had the band type, the clamps often required re-tightening after initial installation, and I still got drips from time to time, even after tightening down the clamps quite a bit. I know some folks even put two of such camps side by side to stop the leaks. Switch to wired clamps and your problem will be solved.

Do these come in sizes small enough to use on the feed tube from the single reservoir on a 60-series brake master cylinder? I've been through 2 MC's that leak from that hose and finally just gave up and let the slow leak eat the paint. I've never tried the wire clamps though. I don't like having part of my brake system that leaks.

It's probably smaller than 5/16" but I'm not sure of the exact dimensions.

I'm traveling, but here is a stock photo stolen from the Internet showing the hose and clamps in question.

How much do you torque your clamps? At a point the tapped flat starts to twist.

Seems like I remember some discussion about these pieces, but I don't see them on your website.

A few unicorns landed on my porch today and got caught! These genuine jerry can holders have been stored in the back of a Toyota dealership since the late 1960's! Notice the period detail such as the cotton webbing pads inside the holder, which differs from the rubber pads in later holders. Given its museum worthiness, I've decided to donate one piece to the Land Cruiser Heritage Museum if @cruiserdan will accept.
That means 2 pieces are up for grabs in my store, for now. I will secure additional stock, but those won't likely be available until later this year.
