Looks awesome! It appears you can pull the mat just a little bit forward so it clears the pillar properly. See my shot above.

Yes, I think some adjustment will align that corner. It's also worth mentioning that the original mat was never a Lexus-like fit. The gaps to the edge of the door is "factory", as shown below:

I think the Cruiser Corps universal bottle is similar to the original design, and very well priced.

Beautiful. I'm loving my electric power steering, by the way. It's a game changer.

One thing that's not factory about the mat is the material. Modern PVC is so much nicer. It won't dry rot and disintegrate like the original mat. When a high grade is chosen as we've done, it really looks and feels surreal. As an aside, I've seen vendors touting their PVC mat as "near bullet proof". That's fine but not the feel you want. High quality PVC shouldn't feel like cardboard!

I was so upset that I may have unintentionally disparaged Roger's work that I got out of bed, cleaned the rocks out from behind the pillar, adjusted the mat...and it's perfect.

Thank you for bringing this project to fruition. It is the nicest 40th birthday present I could've gotten my truck.
