That's perfect. Reconfirming, I'll send you:
67872-90300 Lower back door for '73 and earlier
Tail gate pieces for '73 and earlier: 64964-60010, 64922-90302, 64923-90300

These diagrams illustrate where the various part numbers plug in:

Although the tail gate / drop down gate weatherstrips are technically specified for '69 to 7/'72 in the EPC, I believe these also work for '73 to '74. Toyota introduced a U shaped weatherstrip for '73 and '74 as shown below, but tail gates did not change.

What I'm unsure of is how far back before '69 did the design of these gates exist.

Roger

The guys in the 25 section would know the answer to that. I have worked on or parted out as far back as '64 with the saloon doors. The earlier ones I've worked on have had dropgates, but I think that's just a coincidence.

Over the next month, we will release the following discontinued weatherstripping:

62743-90300 for '71 to '76 FJ40 rear hatch window
62741-90300 for '71 to '77 long side window
67872-90300 Lower back door for '73 and earlier

Various tail gate pieces for '73 and earlier: 64964-60010, 64922-90302, 64923-90300

All of these are ready for production run, and all will be identical to OEM but offered for below original OEM prices. It's about to get a lot easier to properly restore an early Land Cruiser.

I haven't gone through the whole thread so if it has already been talked about, sorry. Would you be able to source the vac advance pod for the FJ60?

Maybe for the first time on U.S. soil, brand new 16 inch wheels, with clips! More details on my store site.

Well, I'll probably have to order a set for at least one of my FJ40s, along with the appropriate OME suspension. I'm glad I have a decent SS check coming in every month :-). BTW, I bought a set of the 70-Series 16" OEM spoke wheels for my '86 FJ60 project, outfitted with BFG LT235/85R16 ATS. Can't wait to get the OME suspension installed on it.

Hi Mark, just following up to see if you've had a chance to try out the weatherstripping.

Not yet Roger. If you haven't noticed, I've been kind of busy.

@Racer65

Roger, how can we get FIVE (5) of the 16" wheels? (I needs me a spare!)

D'OH! Never mind - all I have to do is read.... Got it.
