craigslist Unmolested 1975 FJ40 in Baltimore: not mine

Just thought I'd pass this along. It looks like a pretty clean 40 with no modifications done other than the engine. Should get be picked up quickly.

Interesting, saw the same ad on Ebay. The history details are similar but not exact. May just be the dealership not reviewing the details very carefully. Definitely the same vehicle. Just the years of production and when the engine conversion are off.

And there is more rust than the seller is acknowledging, too. Look at how much of the passenger side top piece has rotted away right where it, the tub and the amby door come together. It would be interesting to se what it looks like underneath.

That looks more like surface rust and black paint. I don't see any rot.

While it's definitely not "unmolested", it does appear to be a very solid cruiser for the east coast.
