Thanks Slick. Im EST and just woke up and I'm wide awake ready to start cutting steel for this bumper system!!!! My wife will kill me though if I go to cutting at 3:30am... some people just dont get it.Looks awesome thanks for the inside look!!
There needs to be space for the bull bars. The bumper only sticks past the fender 1" and the corner is only out about 3".. not much really. The camera always seems distort what your trying to show.It comes out pretty far past the fender flare and is a hard corner. I don't know about anyone else, but i think it should be a little more round unless you intend on incorporating a slider/rail on there. Just my 2 cents.
Ya I hear ya... this is enough welding and work lol do you see all the weldsI think the dimensional idea is cool but why keep the flat top? Actually that is a beef I have with all but Slee's front bumper! He's the only one who got rid of the flat top! And you still can add a grill guard to it if wanted!
This bumper is one off I've decided.. I'm not making it again unless someone really wants it $$$Looks good, but that's going to be a ton of welding work. Have you thought of getting it modeled and then bent? Would save you a TON of time to have pre-bent pieces.

I'll be doing another following this one and it will be a little more simpler but based off of this one.. if that makes sense. Post pics tomorrow of the center section.![]()
