Unable to Attach Photos (1 Viewer)

Evening all. Unsure what's going on, but I cannot seem to attach any photos via the tool bar or file attachment button below when trying to make my first post. I've got a newer PC with Windows 11 64 bit (fully updated) and IPhone 15 with IOS 18.3.1. Can't post photos from either device. Is this due to not having made any post yet?
I was attempting to make a new member post in the tech forum but wanted some photos to make the post a bit more, engaging.
