I am truly stumped. I have a sprung over 40 with a high lift kit. When i first installed everything i could adjust the toe in with ease. As time and allot of wheeling went by the wheels kept creeping outward until i can no longer align them. The adjustment is all the way in and the bearings are tight with no play, i just recently replaced the seals and noticed that one of the axles was harder to get in and out of the housing suggesting that there may be some slight bending. My camber also seems to be a little off too Has anyone out there experienced this?

I have seen camber bends to Cruiser housings but nothing that would bend the axle in a convex forwards fashion. got a pic of your setup?

Here are pictures of the set-up

Man, I can't see much of anything in that pic..

Standard Sag conversion with hy steer?

How often have you had to change the Toe-in?

not a very stock setup anymore.
my first reaction to seeing the pics is you need to fix the way the brake lines are routed and tied down.
you are saying you can't adjust toe in anymore? does that mean the tierod won't turn? are the ends bottomed out?

You didn't swap the steering arms when you did your knuckles did you? That will take away all of your adjustment in a second.

Your housing is totally bent . Take a picture with a little longer lens and back away from the car a bit . It looks to me like it is bent up past the perches as well as back ? Kinda hard to see ? Looks like you wheel pretty hard . Time for a new one . Try building a brace that goes in the front that spans the entire length of the housing past the perches . I have had good luck with that style for a while now .
