UC Members Please Re-Register on the website.

Ok everyone, I have made some updates on the website (Upstate Cruisers), and I need everyone to "Update their contact information." (if you joined on or before 02-12-12)

This can be done 1 of two ways.

• If you are already paid for 2012 click "Update Contact Information" link on the site.
  From there you will see the statement "If you have already paid and need to register on the site click here"

Or

• If you still need to pay for 2012 just click on Join and go through as if you were joining for the first time.

Then
After you register remember to check your email for your password. (will probably be easier to copy and paste this as it will be complicated)
When you login there will be instructions on how to change your password.



*If you used to have a login for the site, it has been removed. You will need to re-register.

Sorry for asking everyone to do this, but this new way of registering will help us keep better track of members. It will also allow us to send out important club information.

Any questions or issues let me know. Either in PM or reply below.

Lenny computers are wonderful but they are also so stupid it is to laughf. I am a life member but I surley don't remember things like my TLCA # so I can get the site to let me in to update my info. Any other suggestions!!!

You do not need to enter in your TLCA number you can just leave that blank.


Also if anyone has any issues with the final question the answer is Toyota be sure to delete the question before typing the answer.

Basically that I am an idiot with these blind blocks. It won't work at all if the TLCA membership is checked but you are right if I don't check that box and remove the question both it does work. got the password on the 5th attempt. Like I said computers are so smart they make everyone else dumb.

And it took three attempts to get into the site after the computer generated secure code. But I did get it done, and if I can everyone else should just whip right thru, I think I have visited the actual club website twice in three years anywho good to go!!!

Strange the TLCA blocks are not required for it to submit. It should work no matter what you have in there.

The Bot question is required and if you do not delete it before you submit it will not let you submit.
The member plugin I went with did not come with any spambot protection so that was my way to slow them down if not stop them. It is looking for 6 letters no more no less in that box.

Good thing about registering is that you should only have to do it once... (well this once time at least )

Nice. A downloads area. I have just about every FSM on file you could ever want as well as a bunch of other crap that should be useful. Really depends on space. I have unlimited on my site so I don't really care if it's just linked.

Awesome! The registrations are coming in great and it dosent seem like anyone has been having issues.

Great feedback for members only section. I will get to building that ASAP (Probably tomorrow Night)! So far I have;

Tech Library
Cheap Flip-Flop directory
UC Trail Tracker or UC-TV either sound great or both

I know I should be the one to ask about getting the word out to members, but without out searching through the email archives one by one, I do not have a list of everyone's email. That is the main reason for the new registration process.

I have the entire email list as of the day I wasn't sec anymore. Registered or not, they stayed on the list. Some of the addys are inactive, but it's a long list of folks. Send me copy of what you want sent out and I'll do it.

When you click on the message board on the UC site it takes you directly to the upstate mud page. Can that be made a drop down box so you can select either the main Uc page or the Lclc page?
