OK here goes

Started with a 1972 fj40 in 96. Blew the engine and bought a 78 rust bucket for
parts. Alan now has the frame and rearend. Oh and Alex's 40 was helped out by the head from my blown 72. Put the 78 drive train in my 72 and it burned oil like crap so I bought a motor from a guy in Georgia and put it in the 72. Ran like a champ then I saw my current 1978 FJ40 at a car lot in Seneca. Bought it sold the 72. All was fine till they came out with FJ cruiser. Had to have one. Wife said "sell the yellow thing and you can have one." NO DEAL I said. Then my sister -in- law bought one right in front of me at the Ralph Hayes get together. Made my wife furious so she said go ahead. Traded the truck and took a beating but now the beast is happy...... For now.
