This is what art majors do when occupy wall street ramps down :P

Love the ingenuity, but have to believe that a pop up would be lighter and more hospitable. That is, unless you prefer sliding on your butt in your camper

where do you sleep for one thing? Pop up is probably the way to go.

Saw JP today and finally have visual proof that he does in fact own a 45. Good to see you and ME. ;)

Nothing like wheeling at 45 psi with more weight in my FJC than I've ever had before. Pretty excited about getting my Total Chaos and MetalTech long travel setups installed this month with the help of Trollhole's Cruisers.

Yeah you definitely need some flex...you can barely get your head out the window...not sure I'm crazy about the guys propane tank mounted to the side of his trailer, seems like it would be better suited on the tongue.

If Troll does a good job I might throw him another conversion on the GX next year :P

Where you at?

The front doesn't flex worth squat b/c everything is stock up there now except for OME heavy springs. The Total Chaos long travel kit replaces the upper control arms, lower control arms, coil overs (with reservoirs), axles, takes off the sway bar, and extends the tie rods. I'll probably get about 5" of additional travel per side.

The rear MetalTech kit replaces the lower control arms, springs, bump stops, and extends the brake lines. IIRC its 7-9 more inches of droop.

I'm sure he will. I'm having him help as I HAVE to have the FJC back on the road the same day as its my DD and I don't know if it would be doable for me in a day.

or leave it with trollhole and drive the 55 that is rotting away in the garage as we speak!

Whatever, I haven't seen that 55 since Marshall's part swap 2 years ago... Did you forget and leave it in TR?

You are right... I drive a modern Land Cruiser, they are full time 4WD...:flipoff2:

2000 ft broadcast tower brought down with explosives in Elizabethtown, NC on Sept 20.
The camera angle at the base of the tower is the best. The 77 acre property got donated to the Green Beret Foundation and all the steel/copper got recycled with proceeds going to the GBF too.
