Still need to fit the downpipe and the turbo air inlet, both requires some cutting and welding that i'll do tomorrow.

BTW i haven't seen any place to connect my boost pressure? should it be placed on the throttle body?

I'd be much happier with 0.49.
That's what my T25 has, on a 3.9L it starts to boost at 1200rpm, delivers 19psi through to 3500rpm.

I wonder if they picked a big A/R intentionally so people couldn't overboost an engine not designed to take it.

Eric, not sure if I understand you correctly but on my 105 my boost gauge is tied in with a t-pice into the wastegate actuator pipe ?

That sounds like a option, i would need a T barb fitting.

I will check if there wouldn't be a place in the throttle body. Is the inlet manifold a good place?

But I was talking about the turbine side .. I have .48 AR in my turbine side and still thinking are not enought to get lower rpm boost .. ( or have lacks of diesel )

Eric .. I get my Boost gauge in my throtle body without problems ..

As Tapage said, that's the compressor, we were talking about the turbine A/R which directly affects when the turbo wakes up and starts pumping. The compressor A/R doesn't have as big effect on performance.

Look for the photos in the album showing the exhaust in flange. You can see the numbers cast onto the neck with what looks like .67

I've found this, that nut is big, more then 25mm i'm going to have to get something for it.

If i'm the nut looking at the wheel, clockwise or coutner clockwise?

No it's not that one, the fuel screw is on the governor at the tail end of the pump. Do you have any pictures showing the whole pump? My Isuzu has the same pump, but I expect the governers will be very different.

No it's not that one, the fuel screw is on the governor at the tail end of the pump. Do you have any pictures showing the whole pump? My Isuzu has the same pump, but I expect the governers will be very different.

Finally went for a drive. I haven't touch any fuel ajustement yet and i'm getting 9 to 9.5 psi. Should i give more fuel? I think i will wait a few hundred km before increase it, if i do.

Driving around town under 60-70kph there isn't alot of difference, but there is. But when i it the highway..wouhaa....in no time i was up to 115kph crusing...Really anxious to try it going a steap hill. I only drove about 1km on the highway and EGT max out at 750deg F, trying the same thing before would have taken 5 time longer to get to the same speed with EGT at 1300degF

And now i need a Turbo crest, didn't some 70 had a turbo in the grill? anyone with a part number? Any suggestion for the rear?

Dude .. congrats .. share your happiness !

1. 750ºF = you need more fuel !

2. This run ( 25mm ) thar you show is the way that I use to increase my fuel in my 2H ( just mine it's 10 mm ) and turn it counterclockwise.

My probe is probably not deep enough, i will check to correct this, not sure how it would effect temperature reading tho

mmmm I see it's post turbo .. your temps could are more close to 1000ºF anycase add more fuel !

I got that 27mm nut loose and turn the HAC? is that whats it called? counterclock wise so it goes toward the fuel pump, thus when the lifter push the rod, the rod will go deeper in the HAC, hope this will increase fuel!
