crap...I think your right. I'm on my way out the door to work, won't be able to fix that until I get home tonight.

BMAN fell into a hole on middle woodpecker. Well, his 40 fell into a hole and quite literally tossed Brandon out the door-hole. I'm not sure wtf is up with his "redneck jack-stand".....but he had to know we would see it....he had a punctured sidewall from the hole he fell into....I assume he took it back to town to replace it when he went to pick up his daughter (who, BTW, told her mother that she would rather "go camping with daddy", instead of shopping with mommy.....so I guess BMAN is doing *something* right!).

HERE are the pics I got from this weekend. I also have 2 short vids from one of the waterfalls on Upper Ajax...but they are taking a while to upload so I'll throw those up later.

Good time was had...and a dry time this year ....and we got out of there just in time this morning right before it started hailing. Started as we were airing up back at the highway...good timing.

Cudos to Brittan for the great food. It was all better than what I am used to (I'm single) The peach cobbler was superb...surely thinking I need to pick me up some dutch ovens now and learn to use them.

So, when's the next campout?

AZ Rocks was a blast! On Friday GeoRoss rode with me and we watched the Upper Ajax run lead by BMAN. Then ran Lower Ajax backwards and sections of Woodpecker working our way back to camp. Got a late start on Saturday, hooked up with Lexycrzy and son, Rob, LandCruiserPhil and his buddy Wayne, we watched the Tacos do battle with the waterfalls on Axle Alley, then wheeled to the mill at Martinez Canyon. On the way back we found some lost stragglers, two jeeps and a Taco and lead them out, so we were late for Britain's most excellent dinner!

Yea, I was gonna photo-chop the end of the lug wrench out of there, but figgerd I'd give you a way to defend yourself on that one.

Speaking of foolish things (like leaving your 40 up on that hi-tech jack-stand knowing full well that I would be back in camp....)

you weren't around for the 'mog pulling a "BMAN" on the ramp were you? holy crap...I never saw so many people cringe at once time before....oh, and yes, I am an official "poser" now. I put my jeep on the ramp to check the bump stops (which are now a full inch too short now that I relocated my rear shocks)...while I was up there, someone broke out the tape measure...886...so I now fall into the ranks of all the other mall cruisers out there. I guess the next step is to put a set of dubs on it and drive it past auto-zone with a s*** magnet attached.

No, really, it was a great day. We need to do that more often.

Before next year I will hold a dutch oven cooking class so we can share the cooking duties. Don't get me wrong I had a good time but I am getting tired of my recipes.
