Is it OK to say it is "low mileage" when it has over 400K kms on the body (even when the engine has been replaced)?

It is a nice troopy for sure, but thats misleading at best saying Low Mileage. The mileage tag says 290Km, so 180,000 miles,

180,000 miles on engine
447,000km on the vehicle

That truck is neither rust free, nearly as clean or on US soil.


I think if someone snagged the truck for 30k it would be a fair deal for all parties. They are hard to find that clean, but I see a few issues - suspension, mileage worries, etc.
