Mark-

I don't think they have Harbor Freight in Panama :) They only sell the cheap s*it here in the US! HEHE

Very nice.
Never seen a troopy with the rear 3 door (barn doors and a hatch) configuration before. Only seen them with ambulance doors. One with a tailgate and hatch combo would be pretty cool too.

Just curious, why extend the fender wells so far? Why not have a lower floor and then more leg room for the 2nd row of seats(similar to a 60,55 or 45LV) or does that all com back to the fuel tank issues?

Nice work!

Wanted to keep this one as stock looking as possible, I'll be putting two rows front facing, and the back will have a bench on either side, also with entry issues, The center row does not extend the full width, 1.5 seat basically, so people can pass from the front or rear easier, It is also a fold and tumble center seat, so when I need the extra room in the back, I can just lift up the side benches and fold the center seat up , really close to the front seats and that gives me practically the whole floor space to play with. will post some snaps of the seating set up.

And yes, I do need to surround my work space with tools, some people call it messy, I call it having everything on hand!! the beer is out of sight in the cooler.

Once the front floor is perfect, we then go back to tacking in the inner wheel wells and making sure all is inline, from here we'll finish of the back of the qrts.
We'll be using the older style lift up tailgate and bi folds, so the rear latch will need to be changed, and filled in. re-skinning a good lift up tailgate, the inner was in good condition so we left that alone, made up some new bi folds.
Next, the newly skinned font doors are hung and positioned, the runners for the upper cab are then positioned and squared. the upper cab was repaired with all new lowers so we'll test fit that next and square off with our doors and plop the roof back on to square up to the windowshield frame. We cut off the old rain cutter from the roof and put in a new one.

We can make pretty much anything from sheetmetal, IF someone steps up to the plate with cash before I make them. I`ve mentioned this numerous times, but nobody is comming forward, If you need these parts, send me an original, tell me how many you want, and I´ll tell you how much it will cost. For this I will need all the production costs up front.
Pretty simple really, well from my end..
We like to make different things, so this does not only include the LC, we`ll make fenders for your 1908 Rolls Royce, to front bibs for a 40´s Coupe,
whatever.
Thanks.
Paul.

lovely work....but what about making some floor pans for us 55 drivers; there are quite a bit more of those <grin>

finishing off the back end, and hanging up the doors.
Next we'll pop on the upper cab, pull up the windshield and bolt up the braces.
