Ordered the Vinyl. Cant wait to fix this.

no but please let us know if you do. I need a solution as well, and just haven't taken the time to deal with refinishing. I don't see any option other than gold though, so unless they have silver as well, it won't work for me. best of luck!

Mine just started flaking after a recent wash with the pressure washer... sigh, it's okay though - this thing will never be a show car anyways.

I’m sure this has been shared on here before, but this is who/what I used on my trim pieces. I didn’t remove from the LC, just carefully masked, sanded, applied their adhesion promoter, then painted. I shot 5 thin coats, and decided not to clear coat. I like the matte contrast to the paint. It’s been 2 years so far and not a scratch.

Got a shipment of new moulding.

Guess will find out if the new stuff also deteriorates like the old stuff. Probably should have vinyl wrapped it but truck doesn’t need much of anything else and…YOLO

I wished the LX didn't have cladding all the way down to the bottom add to that they have holes for tabs so you can't just remove it and run a simple trim piece like the LC

I am deleting my trim as I raptorliner my truck. I don’t have the pieces from below the tail lights but have the rest. PM me if you need them….

edit: taken

@fro20fow … where did you get your new trim? Is that aftermarket or did you find a good source for oem? I have same colors as you and still looking. Thanks in advance!

My contribution (not just the trim but the whole door cladding and factory step boards):

All pictures showcasing only the passenger side, rest assured the driver side was equally done too
