Does anyone have info on the kit you can install to move gear oil from the transfer case to the manual transmission?
I seem to recall that there is a seal that can fail which allows the gear oil to move from the tranny to threTCase and this kit allows the fluid to move back to the tranny.
I tried to search threads but couldn't find it.

@shipmag

He sells the best one, but not sure they're still being made.

Very easy to make your own if he doesn’t sell them anymore, just make sure you use hose that is compatible with gear oil. @matressking had the details of the threaded banjo bolts you will need, $10-12 for materials to make your own.

The hoses available for sale work by gravity to drain excessive oil in the transmission above to the transfer case below. They are just flexible tubes with fittings.

What you want isn't available because it would require a pump to pump oil UP to the transmission.
My oil migration was the same... the transfer case would eventually fill and transmission empty . The only way to deal with this direction of oil migration is to check the oil levels occasionally and adjust accordingly, manually, when needed.

I have a few trucks that needed the kit so I didn't mind the bulk quantities.
At least you know the sizes if you want to make one set

Thanks everyone!
I appreciate the help.
