Trailer Light Question

'88 FJ 62

I managed to get all connections made except for the right signal light. Is there a wire to splice into in the left quarter panel with the other wires, or do I need to run a wire to the right side and pick it up there?

Nevermind. I finally found the main harness. It was covered up by a 20 yr old qt of ATF, package of road flares, two extra belts, a screwdriver and a crescent wrench. I was afraid to dig any deeper. Now I wonder what is burried in the other side.

LOL, nice find on the tools and road flares. Any dirty socks and left over sammiches like I found in mine?

It is crazy what gets put in the rear pnls of a 62. Found complete belt set still in new toyota pkging

yeah i have been meaning to do a simple writeup. i ended up mounting it in the stock bumper.
