Trailer Hitch question

I am looking for the receiver hitch for my truck. Anyone have a cheaper source than OE.
Also what is this rated for

What is the OE hitch rated for? I won't be towing anything necessarily, but need something for a recovery point. Would this setup be suitable, or should something beefier be used?

The OE frame-mounted hitch with towing package is good for 6500lbs. I'm not sure about the little bolt-on one.

I wouldn't use a light duty rear beam hitch as a recovery point, I'd want something frame mounted.
