Do any of you guys that have done the coil conversion have a good steel wheel that has enough offset to get the tires back where they line up with the body? So far I am rocking 80 series wheels but they stick out past the fenders a couple of inches and I'd like to get them tucked back in. Pic for reference.

Fj cruiser steelies. 4 runner wheels and steel Tacoma will also work. With the later you can get a different look also.

I have coils in the front, leafs in the rear. I have the FJ cruiser steelie's and they fit perfect IMO. I assume you have 80 axles?

LS power steering STAINLESS STEEL pump adapters. These are extended to clear the pulley (WITHOUT REMOVAL) and allow for a simple 6AN fitting to be installed.

I don't reduce/regulate the pressure off the pump. Never had an issue and they work fine without any modifications.

My mistake, for some reason I thought I had read about GM pumps failing stock boxes somewhere.

More than likely an overlooked worn out gear box was the culprit.
