Did everybody have to bend the antenna mount for it to not hit the panels or just a few people?

The new Miller 255 pulse twins arrived Friday. I went in this morning and set one up. I can say these machines are dialed in from the factory. The 255 out welded my Miler 350P hands down with little effort. The arc is more stable through out the entire weld.

I made a few- short welds to test it out. I never really tried to make a MIG weave before, but had to try this morning. Not bad for a first timer... Next week I'll really start playing with the settings to get things where I prefer them.

All the bolts for the body lift kits (1/2" and 1") arrived. I couldn't fine them from the same mfg plated... So ordered them in plain and will get a quote tomorrow to have them plated in a chemical clear chromate alodine.

1000 bolts....... looks like a LOT of work!

Aluminum pucks should be here next week as well.

Will they fit the rear next to the receiver where the factory tie down is? I tried to put a factory tow hook from the front, and it didn't fit.

Yes, but you need to use the spacers with them. Spacers are on the website as well.

I know you've eased the edges of the inside hole so they can be used with soft shackles, but what about the outside edges? I don't carry soft shackles, but may sometime in the future. Would the hard outside corners affect a soft shackle on anything besides a straight pull?

Never been an issue in almost 2 years.

Yes, all the pucks will be finished today and if time allows this weekend I will install the 1" on my 100 and design the radiator and steering spacers.
