Shock guards arrived. Rattle can black and then installing. Any tricks to getting the support bolts installed correctly?

Hey Jason! It was super nice meeting you as well and checking out your facilities in person. Thanks again for taking the time to chat and show me your capabilities.
It is great having a Land Cruiser dedicated fabricator a five hours drive south. I love Mike's work at BIOR (I had him custom fab a rear bumper with a rear mounted winch in the past), but it is extra expense working with someone so far away. It will be nice to work with you on modifying one of the rear swing arms in the future. I can see lots of cool little projects being sent your way!
Jason, I installed the shock skids today and tried to move my rig and it wouldn’t move. It appears the guards are wedged up against both rear wheels! Rig doesn’t move.

What wheels are you running and offset? Looks like a 16"
I tried these with a 16", Early tundra wheel and my 18" Methods. The 16" was close but cleared on the one I fit.
Need to look into this and let others know if its a common wheel and to return the guards if so.

These are 17” Toyota OEM 200 series wheels.

Ok, this is a fitment issue. With all the different diameters and offsets I'll need to talk with people before these ship out moving forward.
That tab/bend is approx. 5/8" and clipping it off will give it the clearance more than likely, but I'll need to get a 200 wheel to test fit.

I modified my CNC file today to relief just about that amount.
I'd still clean up that corner more, but it'll will work.

@Coghlan1 had a post a year or so ago about making them. I'm not sure if he still is doing it, but they looked pretty good.
