Just got the antenna mount in today. Need to make a slight adjustment in the angle to make sure the hatch doesn’t scrape it as I close it.

I do have one recommendation if you make more. At the outside corner where the weld ends, throw a grinder on it and knock the sharp corner down. I don’t plan on putting a light on it right now and if someone’s shirt or arm catches that corner, that’s a major gash waiting to happen. I’m going to knock it down myself, but might be good as your making them. Other than that, awesome piece of work!!! Thanks a ton, Jason.

Got my antenna mounts. I plan to procure some pods to mount. On them in addition to this little CB antenna.

Did he decide if he's going to color match it or not? I thought I saw him mention being undecided awhile back. Bumper looks amazing by the way!!
I’m going with Body color on the bumper and have the new Headlamps apart now so I can spray the inside of them and the new Grill satin black. I have a BiXenon HID setup for the outside lamp pocket and a LED High/DRL setup I. The works.

Very much looking forward to seeing the end result of this whole project!

Jason, I know these antenna/pod mounts are stainless, but would you still recommend painting them?

Jason, I’m mounting these up and having the same issue as some others where they are a little close to the hatch. I have the resources to reshape them a tad but maybe just something to keep in mind on the next run. Otherwise really great. I plan to get some 2” pods to run as quasi-camping lights.

Also if anyone is curious this a a 24” pro stick from amazon on a firestik spring. Looks absolutely perfect!!

Check your reveal opening on both sides of your hatch (body to hatch opening) Mine are perfectly aligned (I re-aligned my hatch before I bent the mounts for this very reason), but most I've seen pics of or in person are cocked to one side or the other. Gap should be approx. 1/4" on each side. Antenna mount is .140" thick. My 100 is a repaint (thick paint) and I have plenty of room on each side.

Easiest way to "reshape" if you feel the need (instead of re-aligning the hatch) is to install the mount loosely and put a thin screwdriver/similar between mount and body and push out toward the quarter panel and it'll give a little more bend.

Makes sense. It’s catching my hatch on both sides, however. So I will try to reshape.

I put mine in a vice and just used my hands to bend it a little. Fits perfect now.

That’s my plan. Sorry J not dogging you, it’s an awesome piece. I think everyone’s fit in going to be be ever so slightly different so don’t be afraid to do a little bending.

Thanks again Jason, seems like the 100 is getting a lot of love right now!!
