Should have the antenna mounts tomorrow. I have along week, but should be close to having some of these made by the end of next week.

What's the best place to read up on the UCA's? (i.e., how they compare to OEM, others in market, overall design goals, maintenance needs, noise over time, impact on articulation, etc...)

Not a ton to it other than the specs listed. Fixed castor correction, retained factory camber adjustment, fully tubular design=stronger, replaceable ball joint, grease zerks on the frame side.
These will be largely maintenance free. Maybe some grease in the zerks periodically. UCAs on the 100 typically don’t allow much extra travel, but some I guess, not enough to be a decision maker. SPC has had a history of bad ball joints, total chaos uses a uniball which is loud and designed for more articulation but the 100 doesn’t get much more than stock. I think these are similar in concept to the nitro arms, but these are also cheaper and hand made by Jason which to me is a big boost on quality.
Is this a possible future production model or just a one off?

For the AHC bracket on the UCA. You could just zip tie it, but I think he said he is making the bracket for the next batch.

SS antenna mounts arrived from the laser cutter and the first 20 Creeper skid crossmembers got finished up at the machine shop. They still owe me 15 more. But I'll build and ship as they get completed.

Busy day. First 10 Creeper Skids are off to powder, another 5 sets of 100 UCA tubes cut and 10 more sets of RLCA arm tubes cut.
Schedule to come:
Monday- 10 more Creeper skids and I'll be caught up with 2 spares for inventory
Tuesday- 24 sets of Shock Guard Skids with 4 sets for inventory
Wednesday- Start bending antenna mounts. I hired a part time TIG welder to help me out for a bit until I can get healthy again. He just graduated from the local community colleges welding program and had 9 AWS welding certs. So, I tested him on 4 of my procedures this week and he passed as well. Hard to find good sound welders these days.

Just to clarify.....the antenna mounts have a mount for the antenna and also a hole for mounting a small cube light or something similar on each side, right? I'f so, I'll more than likely be ordering a pair. Thanks for making them!
