I'm not familiar with your engine at all but on my late model 2UZ, the sensor and throttle body are one unit. That was different on older 2UZ trucks. For us, that started in (I believe) 2004. If it appears that your throttle body has a big black plastic electrical component with no obvious way to separate them, I'd bet that's a one piece.

Thanks. The black plastic thing in my case is the motor and can be taken away. But the sensor can not. So yes, I probably have to replace the whole unit. What I would be interested is, if somebody knows if this sensor has a 0 ohm resistance at full open throttle. Just want to make sure It's not the harness.
