Incredible, I use them frequently, never had any problems.

I have never ordered anything that big before. I did order some plastic parts for an fzj80 dashboard, they arrived in perfect condition and in OEM boxes.

All my orders ship out of the toyota dealer in Canton Michigan, just a stones throw away from me.

Tried them out recently, 2-12-19 ordered some brake parts and a new radiator for my 100 series. Initial ship date was 2-14-19 to 2-20-19.
After being asked to reauthroize the PayPal transaction for the third time I called. This was 2-22-19 the service agent was unable to tell me when my parts would ship. So rather than hope they shipped on Monday I decided to cancel the order.

Stay Away from those guys...Service is Bad, actually Terrible. Ordered a Trailer Hitch kit for a Highlander 2018...Arrived with a missing piece....tried to get the piece a Local Toyota Dealer is impossible...only come in the kit. Like really then just send me the missing part from another kit ? or refund me ! Ya right for a refund I need to ship back at my expense....Trying to go to Paypal for a refund....Seller is asking police report ! Seriously ? for a missing part in a package....They only trying to fend me off so that I quit on my demand. I will never order from them anymore.

Not disputing anyone's bad service here, but I've ordered through them over 20 times, maybe 30... never had a single issue. I pay using my card through their system though and not PayPal. Shipping time is average. Usually takes about a week, which seems long after being used to Amazon shipping times.

I've ordered a couple small things from them with no issues. I also pay with card and not paypal and no issues yet.

Never had and issue with them as far as shipping times or how the item was physically packaged. Everything from radiators to glass over the course of a few years.

Old thread but I thought I'd add my experience for future reference. Looks like people have had mixed experiences.

Unfortunately, my experience was pretty poor. Just ordered ~$250 worth of smallish parts like a serpentine belt, some cabin air filters, a gasket for the A/C footwell leak issue and some bolts. There was no indication during the ordering process that any parts were discontinued or out of stock etc. Money gets taken out of my account and 2 days later I receive an email saying my order had been cancelled, with absolutely no explanation as to why or when/if I would receive a refund.

I had to email them and ask what the deal was to which they said I will be refunded. Yet to see the funds but hopefully it goes through. Mine was an international order to Australia.

Seems like a weird way of doing business and quite frustrating from the customers point of view because now I have to find all these parts from another supplier and hope that the shipping won't sting me. I had split my order between TPD and Partsouq to minimise shipping cost but now I'll likely pay more overall because of the mess-around.

I get some people have had good luck with TPD, but right now, I've attempted 3 orders with them in the last few months and received zero parts. They take my money, sit on the order for 2-3 weeks, then I get a "parts discontinued" notification in my email, along with a refund to my bank.

Also, since I don't have a 17 digit VIN, (1975 FJ55) they do not allow me to correspond with them, as their website requires the input of a 17 digit VIN to interact with them.

These are for parts I then was able to get from Toyota through a dealership.

I've just order over $500 in parts. Took days to update order until after I inquired about it 2-3 times. Then order shipped via usps. They must source their parts from elsewhere, not shipped from their business address. Tracking showed delivered but never received. Contacted them and they said they can't do anything about it cause tracking shows delivered. Paypal didn't do anything either. File loss delivery with usps and file a claim. Hopefully they do something about it. Tpd.com was good as long as they have orders in stock and no issues. until I have a problem, then they just don't want to do anything about it... not going there anymore. Paypal favors them just because the tracking says delivered. Smh

I had a brutal experience with them recently and I travel full time so delays cost me huge... Rant time

Said parts were in stock, they were not. Gave us a delivery date.
That date passes.
No update. I email ND try to do a live chat, no response.
I try again, no immediate information.
Finally after a few hours an email update saying there is a 10 day delay!
Then, sorry best we can do. Good luck!
Use partsouq ! They ship was faster and parts are cheaper....not this unbelievable terrible shop.
